What We Do

Here at Man With A Wrench, we’re the go-to guys for any home and property repair jobs in Toronto. We want people to think of our name when they have any problems with their maintenance issues. We want to be known as the first choice for all brands, makes, and models of appliances across this city. We want to be the first to show up, offer the best prices, provide effective solutions, and offer our customers a more complete repair service than they’ve ever had before. Is it too much for us to want to redefine the concept of customer service? I don’t think that’s too lofty a goal. Because that’s what we shoot for, every day.

What We’re Looking For

Well, I’ll tell you what we’re NOT looking for. We don’t people who just want a job. We don’t want to hire anybody who just wants something to do to pass the time or that they might enjoy. We aren’t looking for the average worker who just wants their paycheck and will do the bare minimum to get it. If we’ve just defined you, why don’t you look elsewhere because this might not be a good fit.

Ideally, you’re a self-starter with a keen sense of motivation that gets you out of bed in the morning. No need for someone to wave a stick or carrot to get you moving, you have enough “get up and go” to push yourself to do your best. And you demand nothing less than the best from yourself. Because that’s what we’ll ask of you.

You can demonstrate your repairs to your customers as you show them what you’re doing and why. You’re open about pricing and never keep anything hidden about what you do and charge.
